Jiva currently has several partnership projects with Sussex Oakleaf.
Burgess Hill – Oak House and Maple House
Oak House and Maple House are a partnership project with Sussex Oakleaf, based in West Sussex, providing 24 hour accommodation based support for up to 14 residents. The service supports men and women, over 18 years, with a mental health diagnosis, including other complex needs. Placements include planned or emergency for a maximum of 18 months.
Burgess Hill – Willow House
Willow House provides temporary accommodation for up to 5 clients (men & women over 18) who are or are at risk of being homeless.
