What we Offer
Jiva Healthcare has a long history of working with adults with a variety of mental health problems. We are trained and equipped to provide support for people who suffer with conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and depression amongst others. We have also cared for people with learning difficulties, substance abuse issues and sensory problems.
We believe that the foundation of our success lies in our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
All of our staff undertake an extensive induction programme covering all mandatory areas of mental healthcare, as well as receiving specialist training in areas such as conflict management and health and safety.
In addition, we also have a number of staff who are working towards qualifications in areas such as nursing and counselling, as well as completing NVQs. We are happy to help talented and motivated people in the pursuit of their career ambitions and are proud that they have chosen to work for us while they do so.
