We work in close partnership with a number of groups including the Assertive Outreach Team, Mind, Brighton Housing Trust and the Transition Team. By fostering close relationships with these organisations, we have been able to continually improve the service that we provide.
We have setup a joint partnership with Sussex Oakleaf a social enterprise to deliver further services.
